Delivery Terms & Refund Policy
RISE AND DAWN BAKEHOUSE (R&D) pledges to accept orders placed via the internet, within the limit of available stocks, on the terms of this instrument, which you must declare you have read and accepted when you validate your order.
The products ordered by you can only be delivered to the delivery address provided by you to us, or collected by you from one of our stores designated by you, within a given time slot which is notified to you during the completion of your order.
If for any reason you are unable to collect your order for the designated location within the given time slot, we will retain your ordered product for 24 hours or upon an agreed amount charged to your credit card we may be able to arrange delivery to you at a time dictated by R&D within 24 hours.
If for any reason no one is actively available to receive your organized product delivery at the delivery location you have provided us we will take the products back and retain for 24 hours. During this time you may call us on 056 445 7526 to arrange either pick up in store or delivery by us within 24 hours at a further amount charged to your credit card.
Upon receiving of your order delivery, the recipient must provide us with the order confirmation number along with a signature to confirm the products are in good condition and you have received your completed order. Thereafter, we will no longer be responsible for the actual delivery of products to you.
